Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
